Problem: Pump Leaking

Failure Mode:

    • Excessive Fuel Leakage

Root Cause:

      • Operators were not acheiving O.E. torque specifications at the joint between the head and outlets.

Solution 2/24/2023                        Serial Number Break AT9370-DW

    • Supplier updated their torque wrenches from digital to “Click” style for the technicians to achieve specified torques.
    • Added an additional leak check and sign off while running on test bench.
