- Operators were not acheiving O.E. torque specifications at the joint between the head and outlets.

Solution 2/24/2023 Serial Number Break AT9370-DW

- Supplier updated their torque wrenches from digital to “Click” style for the technicians to achieve specified torques.
- Added an additional leak check and sign off while running on test bench.
