Solution Date: 4/9/2024 Serial Number Break: 241010001
Problem: The engine will develop a knock and/or rocker arm failures.
Root Cause: Cam bushings were not properly aligned to allow proper oil flow to the rockers.
Solution: Cam bushing installation process has been updated to reflect the proper orientation in reman blocks.
