- Only parts that have not been installed are to be returned. Dealers are NOT to remove parts from equipment and return them on this alert.
- Submit all claims in CSPS.
- Use the following claim submission message: Dealer Alert (QM000000064237 – 86982709R Reman – Starter)
- Use Reason Code R for claim submission.
- Ship parts to be returned per instruction provided on the Return Authorization Notice (RAN) when it is received.
- Returned parts are to be packaged separately. Do not pack with any other returns.
- Returns must be shipped by the date indicated on the RAN. Parts received at the facing depot outside of the allowable return date window MAY BE rejected.
