To start your order:

1. Call or email the Reman Technical Center to begin the return process: electronicsrepair@whyreman.com or call RTC at 888-949-7362
2. Shipping Labels and Rapid Repair Order Form will be emailed to Dealer
3. Dealer completes the Rapid Repair Order Form and ships with part free of charge
4. Part is evaluated within 48 hours of receipt
5. Findings are communicated to Dealer via email or RTC
6. Dealer authorization is required when the repair exceeds committed repair previously designated on the Rapid Repair Order Form
7. Part is repaired and returned to Dealer with free freight
8. Dealer is invoiced through CNH Industrial
