Display Repair and Return Program
To start your order:
- Call or email the Reman Technical Center to begin the return process: electronicsrepair@whyreman.com or call RTC at 888-949-7362
- Shipping Labels and Rapid Repair Order Form will be emailed to Dealer
- Dealer completes the Rapid Repair Order Form and ships with part free of charge
- Part is evaluated within 48 hours of receipt
- Findings are communicated to Dealer via email or RTC
- Dealer authorization is required when the repair exceeds committed repair previously designated on the Rapid Repair Order Form
- Part is repaired and returned to Dealer with free freight
- Dealer is invoiced through CNH Industrial
