I believe that it was a great choice in having the parts personnel see what happened behind the scenes. I also think it would be a great benefit to everyone if we could get the service techs in to see what is so great about reman! i have spoken quite a lot about the programs you have to offer from just reman to the R&R programs that just launched in august and they seemed receptive to the ideas.
I Can’t wait to attend again. Very impressed!

I enjoyed being able to see exactly what went into making “failing” parts BETTER than the first time they were sent out.
It was a very amazing training! Took a lot back and have already talked to customers about it over the counter about what is so valuable about Reman.
Every person had strong speaking points and a willingness to address all of our questions and concerns.
The way the employees at the plant explained to a group of strangers about the processes in which they follow was absolutely astounding!!! Top notch.
