Electronic Repair and Return -Titan
(LRT21-674) As we continue working toward being your single source for your electronic components, we are excited to announce our repair and exchange program for electronic control units (ECUs) partnership with Titan.
This partnership provides accurate diagnosis and repair for obsolete ECUs that are no longer available new. Titan works directly with CNH engineering, following OEM specifications for supported ECUs diagnosing, repairing, testing, and validating each unit to verify that the issue(s) have been repaired. ECUs that support advanced diagnostics are fault simulated, error codes read and cleared. Titan stocks previously repaired ECUs when your customer needs a repaired, tested, and validated ECU quickly. If in stock, the exchange can be to your dealership in 1-3 days in most cases. Domestic expedited shipping is included in the exchange pricing, as well as a prepaid shipping label for a core return.

Fuel Repair and Return
(DC22-332) CNH Industrial Reman has partnered with Mid-South Power to offer significant reman and repair opportunities for fuel injectors and injection pumps. Reman components are completely disassembled, validated, and covered by a 24-Month Part and Limited Labor Warranty*. Whereas repaired components are considered fixed only to the point of failure and covered by an 18-Month Part Only Warranty on work performed.

Mid-South Power technicians are trained by original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to repair most Bosch™, Denso™, and Delphi™ fuel injection components used in nearly all equipment brands, including Bobcat™, Kubota™, and on-highway vehicles.
Free freight for ground shipping, or upgrade to Next Day Air for a small upcharge depending on the type of part shipped. There are multiple repair options available, ranging from a fix only to the point of failure, to a completely remanufactured unit; this allows more control of the repair bill. Repairs are completed using OEM component parts and testing equipment, with a 3–5 business day turnaround.

Core Return Credit: Last Price Paid
(DC23-414)Effective September 22, 2023, CNH Reman logic (LPP) core return credits have changed.
The Reman core return credit process has been updated to the Last Price Paid (LPP) logic for core return credit to align with the CNH Industrial return logic. Dealers will no longer receive credit for the current CSPS pricing on returned cores. Instead, they will receive credit for the last price paid for the core at the dealer location level.
Key Points:
• Going forward, with this new logic, dealers will be billed the current D-net pricing for both Reman and core as they are today.
• When returning cores, dealers will receive credit based on the last price the dealer paid for the core, not current CSPS pricing. If there is not an archived LPP, the amount credited will be the current dealer net price.
• To determine the last price paid for a core, refer to the CSPS order inquiry. Determine the last order for the part/location combination at your dealership.
• Transferring between dealership customer groups should go through the current D2D process to ensure trackability.
• To confirm your buyback in CSPS, use the buyback menu, insert your buyback number, and then locate the amount in the value accepted column.
• Always reference CoreView for dealer location core return eligibility.
This change will align with CNH Industrial return policy, provide consistency within your dealership, and allow the ability to accurately forecast core return credits based on the last price paid. For more information on the corporate return policy, please refer to page 4 of the CNH Industrial Return Policy Return Types and Process (dlrportal.com) on the Dealer Portal.

Electronics Repair and Return Program
(DC22-196) Breizelec has a worldwide presence including Europe, North America, and Australia. Breizelec staffs 150 employees with 80 of them being technicians who help repair more than 60,000 parts per year and test them under real conditions such as on tractors, test tracks, and test benches. Breizelec also stocks a large selection of remanufactured electronic parts at their Montreal facility. Most available part numbers ordered before 3:00 PM (EST) are ship the same day. All Breizelec orders (repair or reman) qualify for Pay for Performance (PFP) and come with an 24-month parts-only warranty. Invoicing will occur on your CNH account as a vendor-direct charge.
Breizelec Repair Program
•The average time for repairs is 3 weeks.
•If the part is unrepairable there is no charge. If you want the part back, you will only pay the freight.
Breizelec Loaner Program
•Send the loaned part back within 5 days and pay the small loaner fee if it doesn’t fix the problem.
•If the part fixes your issue, keep it and you will be invoiced the full amount.
